मनोज तिवारी ने सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की आत्महत्या मामले की सीबीआई जांच का समर्थन किया है।


बीजेपी सांसद और भोजपुरी सुपरस्टार मनोज तिवारी ने सोमवार को बॉलीवुड अभिनेता सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की आत्महत्या की सीबीआई जांच की मांग की और कहा कि छोटे शहरों से आने वालों को हिंदी फिल्म उद्योग में हमेशा भेदभाव का सामना करना पड़ता है।


यहां अपने निवास पर मृतक अभिनेता के शोक संतप्त परिवार के सदस्यों से मिलने वाले तिवारी ने संवाददाताओं से कहा कि वह इस घटना की "उच्चस्तरीय जांच" के पक्ष में थे। उन्होंने कहा, "मैं महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे से आग्रह करूंगा कि वे सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश करें। युवा अभिनेता को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने वाली परिस्थितियों की उच्चस्तरीय जांच होनी चाहिए।"


इससे पहले, हवाईअड्डे पर पहुंचने पर, तिवारी ने बिग बॉस रियलिटी शो में अपने स्वयं के कथित अपमान के बारे में सवाल उठाए थे, जिसकी मेजबानी अभिनेता सलमान खान ने की थी, जो बॉलीवुड के दिग्गजों में से एक हैं, उन्होंने पटना में जन्मे अभिनेता के साथ कोल्ड वाइब्स साझा करना बताया।

इस बीच, लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी के प्रमुख चिराग पासवान, जिन्होंने पिछले हफ्ते बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को एक अनुरोध के साथ लिखा था कि राजपूत की आत्महत्या की पूरी जांच के लिए महाराष्ट्र सरकार पर दबाव डाला जाए, इस मामले पर ठाकरे के साथ एक फोन कॉल किया गया था।

महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री को आश्वासन दिया गया है कि इस मामले की जांच कर रहे पुलिस द्वारा दोषियों को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा, ”जमुई के सांसद ने कहा कि जिन्होंने राजनीतिक डुबकी लेने से पहले बॉलीवुड फिल्म में मुख्य भूमिका निभाई थी। पासवान द्वारा ठाकरे को लिखे गए एक पत्र, जिसमें फिल्म उद्योग में "समूहवाद" के मुद्दे को हरी झंडी दिखाई गई थी, पार्टी द्वारा भी साझा किया गया था, जिसे उनके पिता रामविलास पासवान ने सोशल मीडिया पर स्थापित किया था।


34 वर्षीय राजपूत को 14 जून को उनके मुंबई स्थित आवास पर मृत पाया गया था। उनकी मृत्यु ने बॉलीवुड में "बाहरी लोगों" द्वारा जीवित रहने के संघर्ष के बारे में चर्चा की।

BJP MP and Bhojpuri superstar Manoj . Monday demanded a CBI inquiry into the suicide of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and said that those coming from small towns always face discrimination in the Hindi film industry.


Tiwari, who met members of the bereaved family of the deceased actor at his residence here, told reporters that he was in favor of a "high-level inquiry" into the incident.  I would urge Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to recommend a CBI probe. There should be a high-level inquiry into the circumstances leading to the suicide of a young actor," he said.


Earlier, upon arriving at the airport, Tiwari raised questions about his own alleged insult in the Bigg Boss reality show, hosted by actor Salman Khan, who is one of the Bollywood giants, he said the Patna-born actor  Sharing cold vibes with.


I will not take any name so far as I would prefer to fix accountability through proper investigation.  However, it is no secret that people like us, with roots in small towns, are discriminated against in Bollywood and our success only progresses.  Increase in backbiting, said Tiwari, who hails from Kaimur district in Bihar, but represents North East Delhi in the Lok Sabha.


Meanwhile, Lok Janshakti Party chief Chirag Paswan, who last week wrote to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar with a request to pressurize the Maharashtra government for a full investigation into Rajput's suicide, received a call with Thackeray on the matter.  The call was made.


The Chief Minister of Maharashtra has been assured that the culprits will not be spared by the police who are investigating the matter, said the Jamui MP who played the lead role in the Bollywood film before taking a political plunge.  A letter written by Paswan to Thackeray, which flagged the issue of "groupism" in the film industry, was also shared by the party, which was set up on social media by his father Ram Vilas Paswan.


Rajput, 34, was found dead at his Mumbai residence on 14 June.  His death sparked a discussion about the struggle for survival by "outsiders" in Bollywood.
