And the Indian team is hoping for a big score from Rahul, who returned to competitive cricket after 6 months. Zimbabwe, on the other hand, must strive for a consolation win.

Zimbabwe will have to put up a special performance if they are to win against India. In the last 2 matches, no batsman had an answer to the Indian bowling attack. On the other hand, India, who have already won the series, can give a chance to other players in this match.

Zimbabwe's batting problems start from the opening. Since 2014, Zimbabwe have not made a century opening partnership in an ODI match. Since the start of 2020, Zimbabwe have played 14 separate opening pairings, though none have been successful. Regis Chakava and Khaitane batted well against Sri Lanka, but both have lost form since then.

India won the toss in the first 2 matches and took the fielding to take advantage of the pace bowling assisted pitch. He can win the toss and bat on Monday as he has already won the chain. And Rahul will also want to score big in the final international match before the Asia Cup. Sikandar Raji, who played a major role in Zimbabwe's ODI and T20I series win against Bangladesh, has been kept quiet by Indian bowlers.

Zimbabwe won both series as Raja scored back-to-back hundreds in 2 ODIs and back-to-back half-centuries in T20Is against Bangladesh. Zimbabwe is hoping for a big score from King in the last match. Mohammad Siraj bowled brilliantly in the absence of senior bowlers.

His swing and bounce have troubled the Zimbabwean batting. Zimbabwe may make one change to their playing XI. Tony Munyonga may play in place of Wesley Madhwere.

There may be more changes in the Indian XI. Bowlers Shahbaz Ahmed, Deepak Chahar, Aves Chow and Mushraj Gaikwad may get a chance. Like the first 2 matches, the weather will be cold and the ball will swing. So Zimbabwe will want to field after winning the toss. In the last 2 matches, India averaged only 2.85 runs in the first 10 overs. So Zimbabwe will want to score more runs from the start.
