The death of a devotee at Sri Bankbihari Temple; An investigation will begin, a committee will be formed
Mathura: On the occasion of Janmastami, an investigation will be conducted into the incident that took place at Sri Bankbihari temple in Mathura. The state government has formed a committee under the chairmanship of former DGP Sulkhan Singh.

After investigating the incident, the government has been instructed to submit a report. Under what circumstances did such an accident occur? Why did such a situation arise? Despite the presence of the administration and the police, the government has ordered an inquiry into how such an incident took place.
Further, it has been asked to keep an eye on that direction so that such an incident does not happen again. Along with this, the investigation of the incident has been asked to be completed within 15 days, while it has also been asked to discuss the improvement of the temple premises. It has been asked to prepare a report and submit it to the government after completing the investigation on all aspects.
As you may know, there was a large-scale incident in the Bankbihari temple last Friday. 2 devotees died while 6 were injured while worshiping Lord Shrikrishna on Janmastami.
Lakhs of devotees gathered at Lord Bankbihari temple on the occasion of Janmastami. It was said that such an accident happened due to the gathering of strong devotees in the temple. The temple was lit at 1:55 PM.
Such an incident happened due to the crowd of devotees exceeding the capacity to see the procession this year. A woman from Noida area and a 65-year-old man from Jabalpur area have died.
Police force including some administrative officers were also present at the time of the accident. After the accident, the police escorted people out of the temple. Now the state government has ordered to form a committee to investigate the incident.
